2019 FCA National Scramble Championship

The FCA National Golf Scramble is an opportunity for golfers from around the country to compete in a national tournament on two very challenging golf courses and learn more about what God is doing through the ministry of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. It is a two-day scramble format tournament for four-person teams. Teams can compete in the championship either by qualifying through an FCA golf tournament in their local area or by invitation from an FCA staff member.

Hotel: All participants will be hosted in Three Bedroom Villas at Kiawah (Villa Rate is $100 per person, per night / $400 per team, per night.)

Team and Player Registration

Deadline is Tuesday, October 1st

FCA staff or the team captain must complete a registration form for each team that will participate in the National Scramble. As part of the registration, the staff will indicate how the entry fee will be paid. Players paying their own entry fee ($750 per person) can do so by clicking on the entry fee link and completing the credit card information.

Format

36-holes scramble format. There will be three divisions of competition. Low Gross (open to all players), Low Net (open to players with GHIN hadicaps) and Open Net (players using average score for handicap). All 4 players must have an official USGA handicap to compete in the Low Net division. If all 4 players do not have official handicaps, but do have verifiable average scores, they will compete in the Open Net competition. The FCA handicap system will be used to determine the team handicap.

Entry Fee Per Team

$750 per player / $3000 per team. (Includes 2 rounds of golf and tournament dinner Saturday night and lunch on Sunday.)

Team members are responsible for their own transportation, lodging and all other meal expense, and caddie fees/gratuities (caddies are optional).
